El Aljibe Comida Típica is a restaurant-museum located in the historic center of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. Set in a traditional house over 130 years old, this establishment offers a culinary and cultural experience that transports diners to the Santa Cruz of the past.

El Aljibe offers a variety of typical Cruceñan and Bolivian dishes, such as:
Majadito: Rice cooked with charque (dried meat) and topped with a fried egg.
Locro de gallina: A thick hen soup with rice and cassava.
Patasca: A soup made with peeled corn and pork meat.
Keperí: Slow-cooked and shredded beef, served with cassava and salad.
The restaurant also serves traditional desserts and regional beverages.
