Buenavista

Founded in 1723 by Jesuit missionaries, Buenavista is a town with colonial history and privileged access to Amboró National Park, offering a perfect blend of culture and nature.

• Church of the Santos Desposorios

  Built during the Jesuit mission period (1694–1723), it preserves colonial architecture and original bells. It’s the town’s iconic landmark, located in the main square.

How to get there?

• Distance: ~100 km (approx. 2 h by car) from Santa Cruz de la Sierra via Route 4, heading through Warnes and Ichilo toward Buenavista.

• Getting around the town: Easily walkable; taxis and moto-taxis available for longer distances.
